Employees all wear masks and there are shields. There are also sanitizer stations at the doors.
I'm not sure but I bet if you call your local Food Lion they will be able to answer your question better than us sorry I couldn't help any more than this
I hear your frustration. I've been fortunate enough to pick some up there on occasion. Maybe I'm the culprit. At least they've got a good selection for a backup .
