I know starbucks usually overdoes it with this ice but this is insane, especially when I asked for light ice. Way too overpriced for this

They made my drink wrong this morning, and it tasted awful. I never have them remake anything but had to with this one. Barista looked at the label and instead of remaking it correctly, he simply added two pumps of cane sugar that I had requested and handed it back to us. Well, that solved nothing as the drink was made wrong to begin with, either missing an ingredient or used the wrong amount of something. So that's the level of customer service you can expect here.

Everyone here is so nice! Food is ok, coffee is delicious and they get it right each time! There was one that it was wrong where I got a hot drink instead of a cold one but that's fine. It was a chilly day anyway lol

Great neighborhood SB with a drive thru… it opened with great service, surviving the dark days of Covid. However, current wait times are extremely long ,especially with mobile orders. Find a comfortable seat , it will be a minute !
