My roommate and I toured the place with Nick and the property was beautiful. He made sure to ask things that were important to us and showed us on a map where our potential apartment would be located. We were able to see an exact replica of what our apartment would look like and it was beautiful! The amenities at this apartment are unmatched, especially the gym. Looking forward to hearing back from them.

Recently moved into a 2 BR apartment, and this entire move process has been painless. Nick was amazing and responded quickly to any concerns and kept in contact with me to ensure everything was set for move in. The amenities are top notched and clean. Apartment has fantastic finishes and it also has large rooms, bathrooms, and closets. The move to the 3rd floor was aided by an elevator which was quite the relief. Other residents have been friendly and helpful. Nearby restaurants as well as a grocery store are within a few minutes walk. Looking forward to continuing to live here at Livingston Apartment Flats.

After almost a year of living here I wanted to speak aloud about the hospitality and service of some of the office staff. Jia has been exceptional in her response time and helping with all questions we have had making this an easy experience. Thank you Jia for all you do here! There are other elements concerning maintaining the property that surely could use fine tuning. The residents are less than carefree about their pets. The facility should be better inspected concerning operational utilities and doors. These opportunities could be seized to make the stay impeccable. I look forward to a continued pleasant stay here at the Livingston.

Just signed on for a second year at the Livingston and we really like it here. Highly recommend paying extra to get a 4th floor suite- they are spacious and quiet! Parking can be crowded on the weekends, so I’m thankful for the private garage I was able to add to my lease. Staff has been A1 since Day1 - most specifically Jia, who has truly made me feel at home from the very beginning. So thankful for her help with choosing the right apartment for me, and for always addressing my questions with a smile and a helpful answer. Happy to call this place home ❤️

Yes, all residents of Livingston Apartment Flats are required to maintain and provide evidence of at least $100,000 in legal liability insurance coverage for the duration of their lease term at Livingston Apartment Flats. Residents may choose to obtain this insurance through their preferred insurance agent or insurance carrier at their own expense or enroll in our community program that meets the liability insurance requirement and is paid with rent each month. The Livingston Apartment Flats team can answer questions about insurance offerings available through the community.
