If you go in here avoid Jacob. He's not good at working the systems and told me my address doesn't qualify for home internet, I explained I already checked and it did. He asked me to show him on my phone and I showed him, then without asking he walked off with my phone. The point was to show you my address works, they didn't use my phone to complete the order so why walk off with it and go in back? Also asks a lot of personal questions that don't pertain to the sale.

I would give them a 0 if that was an option. In reading some of the reviews, I see I'm not alone to say how rude, disrespectful, and cocky the so called 'manager' George was. He was arrogant in greeting us and that attitude was never lost during our 2 hour visit (or waste of time). We were told approximately a 40 minute wait so after 45 minutes I asked for an update and he was obviously put out by my asking, and then we waited for another 25 minutes before we were assisted. To top off our frustration, the Tech did not resolve any of the issues we were having. Have never been to that location, always went to the Salmon Run Mall store location prior to them closing and always treated very nicely. I will never go back to this store - so much for customer service, that apparently went out the window when the store relocated.
