The service and readiness has really taken a nosedive at this location. We have stopped by three times in the last three months and they have not had any hot and ready options (isn’t that Little Caesar’s main draw?!) for at least 15 minutes. This last time, we stopped by at 11:45 (their hours said opened at 11) and they said they had nothing ready because they had “just opened”… 45 minutes ago. We will skip this one and pop by Hull Street, much quicker and actually delivering on the hot and ready promise.

They charged my card and waited until after to let me know that they didn’t have what they charged me for, then when i asked for a refund the employee was extremely rude and told me it would take 7-10 business days just for a refund. They need better staff and better customer service, i will never be returning.

I was questioned as to why I wanted a fresh pizza..I am done! Its gonna be me taking lunch to work until I retire. The level of service at eateries these days have a lot to be desired.

It was extremely busy and I get that for a Friday evening. People weren't asked to wait in their car when the inside became overcrowded. Because it was so busy, one of my pizza's was undercooked. I was disappointed about that. However, we did get a free soda for the wait.
