Friendly and professional staff and they are all lovely! I always see Dr. Kneefe for my dogs Bessie and Rosie! Excellent vet doctor and never had any negative issues.

Wished I had never took my pet there. They try to upsell you on everything. Office staff except for offcie manager and a few very rude. I was put on hold once for 42 minutes by once office person. One office person I actually complained to office manager about. Always got my bill wrong. Over charged my credit card. Went there three years. At the end I was going three or four times an month and my dog was a mess. I feel like they changed my dogs quality of life. Went to another vet once and she fixed everything on my dog and he looks terrific. I used two of the vets there and they couldnt even agree on his treatment. Made a mess of my dogs ear. Other vet fixed it like brand new in one visit. They always think of another reason to have you back and pay them an office visit. My dog had an issue on his feet and the first vet barely looked and his feet at the followup. I kept having to come back for more meds in a month or so. Very not happy with this place. I could not write this if not true statements.

Yesterday I had to say goodbye to my beautiful cat, Koda. He was 17 years old yesterday. The staff treated him with such loving care. They allowed me to sit with him for two hours, before his passing. The Dr and staff were absolutely amazing. They provided him with a beautiful , hand carved box for his remains. Thank you for treating my baby so well & letting him be with me in his final moments. Highly recommend this vet. They care more about your pet than your money. ❤️
