Went to the location but waited for 20 min an no one even bothered to come to the register to take my order. There were 5 people waiting on their orders that I guess they placed online and no one even checked in with them. I would give no stars if I could. No customer service at all.

I went at busy time so I couldn't get the pizza I wanted, but the staff was nice

Absolute trash service. Waited 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged the front counter. Then my online order wasn't ready for another 5 minutes after placing it like 20 minutes before. Plus horrible attitudes lol

I always have to wait at least 15 minutes just to get some crazy bread and a standard "hot and ready" pepperoni pizza. As though they don't even bother keeping hot pizzas stocked. The service often feels begrudging. There's no point in coming here for mediocre pizza if i can wait the same amount of time for a pizza from a real pizza place that is actually good.
