Was not clearly told about the 30 day loan process until everything was already processed. Yes staff was nice, but there loan process was not explained clearly before signing off on everything.

I was not sure if I was going to post or say anything. But it has been bothering me. I met the most kind hearted woman Erika she was very humble and made me feel so comfortable. But then there was this woman I think her name starts with a B Bianca or Bellinda she keep saying I'm the manger and we going to change things. She kept making it know that she was in charge. As Erika was going through the contract she kept interrupting talking about her boyfriend and her bills. She was very rude and unprofessional. Thank you Erika I feel sorry for you that you have to work with this woman.
