I’ve always come to this location cause it’s easier and closer to my job. I dropped off my Amazon return and they charged me for tape? The return was already in the box. I have gone to other UPS locations and never was I ever charged. Amazon return instructions specifically say packaged, taped, and shipped by UPS for FREE. When I asked she told me we have to charge now. I called Amazon and they told me they not supposed to charge me anything. Luckily Amazon is a great company and was helpful and issued me a refund. But this location is not doing the ethical thing and charging customers for a free service.
