Believe all the bad reviews, because I wish I did at first. It would've saved me time, money, and stress. The extremely cheap owner told me not to pay the negative reviews any attention but they were all true. They ruined my wife's event, everyone complained. Dirty floors, they don't let you nor your party planner or anyone set up until 30 minutes before your event starts, the manager and owner will tell you one thing and then act as if they never said it, the manager doesn't answer the phone the closer it gets to your event, no air conditioning so everyone's hot, some lights and fans don't work, I could go on! Just save your time, money, and event and DON'T BOOK HERE!

Such a horrible experience with them, I will never forget how they ruined my supposed to be perfect day. Owners/manager are very arrogant and even will tell you something one day then switch it up the next day. They don't allow you to set up your party until 30 minutes before it starts which DELAYED my event tremendously. Carpet is dirty and unappealing, and they never turn on the air and fans barely work, I was embarrassed for my guests my goodness.

They ruined my most important event and caused me the most stress I could imagine... I am truly disappointed and was very devastated. They were truly the most God-awful unprofessional people (owner and manager) I ever had to go through with. To keep it short, one would say one thing and the owner or manager would say another. They were never on the same page and this was super misleading to us as clients! Secondly, when we thought everything was GOOD, they argued with us on the DAY OF the event just TWO HOURS BEFORE saying they won't put provide a specific service that THEY told US was complimentary, until we pay $75 extra dollars. Thirdly, they wouldn't let us in the hall to set up until an HOUR BEFORE THE EVENT. This delayed us so bad that people were coming at the starting time and we had to explain that we're still setting up so people left to come back but never could make it back so I missed out on a handful of my guests because the owners! Fourth, a week before the event, the manager and hall coordinator kept ignoring all texts and calls, she made it so obvious too. I'm just going to stop here because honestly this was the most unprofessional and disappointing experience I ever had. Just unfortunate that it had to be an important event for me.

Hi! I don't know. I didn't book it. I was just a vendor at an event held there
I did work there however the price varies depending on the space you purchase for instance the upstairs space is more to rent than downstairs, and whether or not you need decor or not.
