Love this store! Great deals. There is also an Amazon return option at customer service which usually gives you a coupon you can use that day. I often get $5 off your purchase and there is no minimum spend! Definitely do your returns here and they even package them for you.

They offered my wife a kohl's card. She has great credit, but the cashier had to call head office and the guy took forever to process it. I can get a mortgage faster. Never again. The guy on the other end couldn't enter our postal code correctly after the cashier repeating it 4 times. All to save 35% on a 29.99 purchase. My wife left without the Coles card.

That man honestly does not deserve to be using the company's funds getting a paycheck to humiliate and harass paying customers. I honestly want to start a petition to have this man fired and the rest of the staff retrained to not waste every single employee's time to the point where not only are others given the opportunity to steal freely because the entire staff is distracted being hyper focused on paying customers mistreating them, but also completely neglecting other paying customers who may have questions or need assistance. I was publicly humiliated and shamed verbally so others could hear and I didn't steal so much as a speck of dust and they know it now, as I'm sure they went back to look at security cameras the way that they were stalking my boyfriend and i. I sure hope they felt dumb as heck I never would have spent a dime there if we didn't have a gift card that was exclusively for that store and I never will spend a dime there again. I don't recommend that anyone else does
Yes, Kohl's does do Amazon returns. You just need the QR code they give you when setting up your return. I have done this a few times and it is super easy and convenient. No need to box the item up or print anything, Kohls does it all for you. My refund was given to me shortly after dropping it off at Kohls.
Yes, the cashier can even call them over for you 😊
