Very incompetent Employees!!! I went last Saturday to inquire info about my po box because my payment would be late and what's the procedure to have mail held until I made payment 5 days later. I was told that I didn't have to fill out hold form, and that the post office would automatically hold mail after po box closed for up to 2 months(the short black guy said this to me) Now fast forward a week later and was told my mail was sent back to sender after I was told different a week prior. And on top of that you wait in line forever! The Worse post office in Gwinnett County!!

This post office has never picked up the phone in the 10 years I have lived in Duluth. I have a pickup request every day for outgoing mail for customers. Whenever my regular mailman is out who is the best ... Thanks Chris ! Our mail never gets picked up by the replacement. Never !!!!! Dont try to get ahold or speak to the person in charge because they are a figment of this locations customer service emagination. This is the problem with goverment run management. Lazy and not accountable in working for THE PROPLE ! Whoever is in charge at thos location you are the WORST !

The Asian lady at the front desk acts like she doesn't want to help anyone. There was literally no one inside and all I needed was a little assistance

I've never had any issues and the staff is always really nice. All I do is mail out packages and buy stamps so ymmv, and sure the line is super long some days but that's more of a broader issue that's not the workers' fault. It's ok to wait in line and be bored, just breathe it's ok I promise.

Yes and no. Usually you would scan things in at the pickup location but it's completely up to the carrier. If it's something you want to be done a simple convo with the nail carpet should clear up any problem
No. You have to go to north metro pad on bogs red in duluth,
There is a couple ways to put your mail on hold. Go online and place your mail on hold, go to the post office and fill out a form. Or u can write on a piece of paper, that you want your mail to be place on hold. State how long you want the hold to lasts, your address and sign it
