When they hand you 2 cokes and the manager looks you dead in the face and says “I made the drinks and they were made right.” Okay. This was after leaving McDonald’s because of the terrible customer service. I’m now convinced this whole town is trash.

Customer service was the WORST! They said they were low staffed but there was at least 10 employees working. Very rude! They claimed to be short staffed but there were over 10 employees, half of which were standing around doing nothing! Lobby and restrooms were nasty. They continue to claim Covid but I think they are too lazy to open register. This would be a good location for chic-fil-a.

Really messy. Lots of employees but overflowing trash cans and no clean tables. Out of small lids so charged for large drinks. Food was fine.

Our order was placed at 12:06pm and was scheduled for pickup at 12:16pm. We arrived at 12:26pm and the order had not even been created yet. The drink machine was broken so there were only bottled water. When I arrived at the counter the cashier told me that I would have to wait because there were others in front of me. That completely defeated the purpose of the order ahead via the app. Our order was not completed until 12:41. Once we sat down we were missing the extra dressing we ordered, an order of French fries and the cookies. I had to make four trips back to the counter each time waiting patiently to grab the attention of one of the workers. When I alerted the cashier that we were not given the order of three cookies, he promptly walked away to take another patrons order at the register. I asked again, and he gave me a cup with two cookies, and then went back and completed the next order at the register. I was so confused I didn’t even know what to say. I patiently waited again until he finished the order and asked for another cookie. He gave me another tin with two additional cookies. The restrooms were very disgusting with no toilet paper. Probably one of the worst expletives I’ve ever had at a Zaxby’s. Please have management come in and provide training for the employees. Employees were all disrespectful and rude to everyone. One of the workers came over the intercom and asked everyone to be nice and there were “more of you than there are of us” - that’s basically every restaurant ever. And she asked everyone to have a better attitude. They were very obviously more concerned with the drive through then they were with the persons inside. If I hadn’t already ordered with the app ahead of time I would have left and went to Wendy’s next door.
