They would only let us order at the kiosk, even though we said we were paying in cash. Once we were done ordering we waited over 10 mins at the register, with no other customers in the lobby, and no one would wait on us. When asked on the status of our order, they said they wouldn’t make the order until we paid. Even though NO ONE would wait on us to take our cash. Make it make sense.

ZERO STARS Terrible employees, including management. Placed my order in drive thru, get to the pay window and the employee had an issue with the POS. Manager came to help her but looked like she was frustrated and angry trying to resolve the issue. The manager opened the drive thru window and told me a price much more than I know I was ordering. I told her that wasn't right and she angrily yelled "what did you order". I immediately told her "have a great evening" and drove off! Just horrible, especially to receive this treatment from management.

Actually NO ⭐! After ordering, standing there looking around the restaurant, it was filthy, the employees should have been cleaning the place instead of sitting and standing around talking. The only reason we didn't cancel our order, we had been on the road since the wee hours of the morning and needed to eat something. I will never stop there again no matter how hungry I am. I hope this review helps them get better at their job.

Stopped by today around 11:00am. Quick drive thru line. Employees were pleasant and polite unlike many other locations. I know it’s fast food but I noticed the things like getting a straw, napkins, and ketchup with my order. The fries were fresh and hot. Even the sandwich I got was put together nicely in its box and not a mess. Management should give their current team props because it seems that they actually care. Thank You and have a wonderful day!!
