I cannot explain how my time here was, if you’re reading this Be careful, room smelled like somebody just cooked fried fish, the hallway looked really scary from a horror movie, messages behind the door in a manual stating that “don’t leave cash or valuables inside the room” Leaving that phrase for our own understanding,

If this business is aiming to disappoint, they are doing an excellent job. Their 10 point cleaning process is a total farce. When I first checked into my room it looked clean enough, but once I brought all my stuff in and really looked around I saw the extreme lack of care that is the foundation of this company. There was beard hair around the sink, grimy handprints on the mirror, TV, and windows, food was spilled on the recliner and the floor, and there were stains on the bedskirt. You can get fresh towels dropped off to your room for $5 every two weeks, and they will clean it (on request) for $10. I’m already spending $120 a night and regular cleaning is not even included in the price?? When I did manage to get my room cleaned (half the time I requested a cleaning it was ignored) they did a lackluster job. Something was always forgotten, whether it be the trash, a bathmat, a kitchen towel, something was always missing. My shower was never cleaned the entire 8 weeks I was living there and it started growing mold. It is clear this company does not care about its customers nor its employees. I can tell they are overworked and underpaid. There have been days where one housekeeper was staffed to clean the entire hotel. Impossible. First responders seem familiar with this location, as the fire department was called on three separate occasions during my stay. As such, you would think fire safety would be a higher priority. There have been multiple occasions hallways and stairwells were almost completely blocked. See attached picture. Had a fire alarm been activated while those fans were there, anyone larger than me would have a hard time squeezing through. I have also seen the police here on two additional occasions. They have their own parking spot for crying out loud! I can only say 2 good things about this place. 1) there is plenty of parking. 2) they are one of the few places in this area that allow cats. I had low expectations from the beginning, but man, this place found a new way to disappoint me each and every day. If you are just staying for a few nights it will be tolerable but if you are staying for an extended amount of time like me, it becomes unbearable. I would not recommend it to traveling professionals.

Positive: Refrigerator and stove in room which includes 2 tables w/ chairs convenient location to highway, shopping center, and restaurants. Rugs were being cleaned that week! Laundry in facility that you can load money on card to wash/dry. Big spacious dresser Negative: Chairs in room that go to desk need to be scrubbed had food or something on backrest. Random guest loitering in front hall is annoying. No working room phones.
