When purchasing paint, please make sure that all communications are accurate. We purchased 3 gallons yesterday, with the understanding it could be returned if incorrect color. Upon attempting to return as it was no where near color indicated on top can, we were told we couldn't. Now we are stuck with 3 cans of paint due to Lowes communication error! Not a good way to do business.

I was in there on Apr 15 to purchase a washing machine and deck sealer. Sylvia was so friendly and eager to help me find a washer to fit my needs and one that was in stock. I was also trying to find stain for my deck. Zack was so kind and helped me to find what I needed and helped me to know how much I needed. The associates were so courteous and most helpful.

I ordered over 5k worth of appliances from Lowes.com. I checked to make sure every item I ordered was in stock and could be delivered for free. After a phone call to the store to make sure I could have everything delivered, a delivery date was set. It was set farther out because even though 1 of the items was shown to be in stock and it wasn't. The delivery date arrived and the truck showed up with only part of my order. When I called the store they told me that some other items weren't in stock and was sent to another store, that I would have to call that store to find out where they were at. After several hours on the phone with different people who knew nothing about my order I was finally able to talk to a manager who told me they wouldn't deliver my last item because I was outside of their delivery mileage. I explained to them that I didn't order from their store and that another Lowes store sent my order there. They refused to deliver it and cancelled my order with the instructions to re-order from the original store. All this came after I had paid for the appliance and all delivery fees (which was supposed to be free delivery). NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM LOWES. Terrible experience. Sever times over the phone I was told " let me look into this and I'll call you back" I never received a phone call back from anyone. I was actually told from a Lowes manager " I don't work for Lowes.com so I can't help you. Horrible customer service.

Middle of the day on the weekend and there is one cashier open. No self checkout and 2 or 3 employees just looking around. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the guys back by windows actually stopped what they were doing when we were browsing and asked if they could help us find anything.
