Anytime Fitness at Hampton Cove is nice. The people are kind as well. I enjoy going to the gym to get a workout for the 90 minutes that I am in there each day. It's not overwhelming which is a plus from the last gym I was at. They do have a fitness app which is helpful, but if you want something that will go into detail, look at YouTube or training. I will be soon. Best gym you could ever come to want to know. Just a personal opinion though.

I love this place. Members and staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve always been able to ask how to stretch a certain muscle or how to do a certain exercise or lift. I’ve made a couple new and good friends working out there. I’ve also lost a combine 180lbs at this gym.

It's fine. No glaring issues. Bathrooms and showers are clean and the machines are kept in good condition. It's not a hostile atmosphere, but it's not necessarily a welcome one. Don't expect the staff to greet you with a smile, but they will help if you ask. The gym itself isn't bright or colorful, the lights seem to be on power saving at all times.

Hi Tatyana! We do offer mat pilates classes on Mondays at 10:30am, and Thursdays at 9:30am. We encourage you to come get set up on a free 7-day trial pass! Our staffed office hours are Monday-Thursday 10am-7pm, and Fridays from 10am-4pm. Our club is accessible 24hours 7days a week to our members!
