Refuses to give proof that packages were received. Claims due to COVID. I’ve normally never asked for such a receipt but have had multiple packages show as never received and had to refund several of my customers. Owner argued with me, told me she “wasn’t born yesterday.” And told me to “take your packages elsewhere if you think We are going to steal them.” Owner is extremely rude. Who argues over giving a simple receipt! Poor customer service. Poor package handling. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
