Megan the PAC was wonderful, so caring, all the nurses were great also. Very good experience, thank you all

It was my first time in the infusion/chronic care department and I was so impressed. The team of nurses were so professional yet I felt like I was talking with my close friends. The room is pristeen clean and every infusion chair over looks the healing gardens outside. The care they took, made it feel like you were there for a spea treatment. They were also accommodating. One day I arrived for one of my infusions and found out I confused the dates and I was not scheduled. They checked the overall schedule and asked if I wanted to go to the cafeteria down the hall until they could fit me in. The food was...incredible. I would definately go back. Less than an hour later they fit me in and I didnt have to make that hour drive home for nothing. I am so pleased with their patient care and their kindness that I wont dread the next time regardless how much trouble my veins can and will try to give them.π

Good: most of the staff on floors 5 and 7 are amazing, esp the therapists. Can't say enough how amazing the therapists that work there are. Bad: Food is atrocious - over cooked and bland. TV is a satellite service that has limited stations and a 50/50 shot at working. They use a contractor for their TVs and they don't allow you to change the input. That is beyond silly. If you're going to have terrible TV service, at least let people use the HDMI ports for something else. If you're there for a short stay the food/tv not a big deal. I was there 11 days so that stuff takes a toll on you.

Yes
I would think best way is to call the hospital directly and they can lead you in the right direction on who to call for appointments like that!
Yes 1st shift and second is hiring
Your doctor has to order your test, you can't just walk in and take one.
Yes
Closest that is safe for that hospital is route 2 and route 91. Approx 6/7 miles east of 185th & I90
Not for me...been there 3 times
Go to the office if medical records located within the site call in advance for hours of operation
Good question. you should call the number you were given and ask. All records can be seen across the enterprise. Good luck with your sur7!
