I have never put a bad review before but I have to do it today I took my car to this place all I needed was my car balance they told me I had to change my tires and then do alignment had to take my car back more then 5 times and still not fix worse place to take do not take it here don't waste your money

I needed new tires on my 2018 F150 and I was heading out of town that evening. After looking at multiple different vendors I settled on Pep Boys because they were significantly cheaper. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment but they jumped right on my truck. Everyone was super courteous and they finished very quickly. I would certainly go back there the next time I need tires.

Terrible place with rued workers! Went today to pickup a part and no one was there in the front.I waited 15 minutes and some guy named Mo came.I asked him where is everyone?I've been waiting for 15 minutes.He said, as you can see there are no cashiers right now and we are busy in the back, my manager will help you, just be patient.I could see his attitude from his body language.No sorry or no explanation on why they kept me waiting, only attitude from Mo and this tall African American guy
