Dreadful customer service. Called store, Josh was rude and sounded like he could care less I called. Told me he had a customer in front of him and put me on hold. He didn't ask me to be put on hold. I've been to a lot of customer service classes and he did it backward. The customer on the phone is more critical. They aren't in your store yet. The customer in front of you can see your busy. And they are already in your store. They are more understanding. Poor service skills being taught at your company. Will never call again or recommend this shop to anyone. Do not go here. So may other good shops in town. Hung up after 35 min and 43 seconds on hold. Was trying to see how long it would take to get an answer Good luck! Had my coworker call twice after I was on hold for 25 min. Phone rang and nobody ever answered both times. Wow! If I could give no stars that would be more than they deserve. Sure wish the original Merchant's Tire was still around.

Jack Seaward is the reason to visit this location. No pressure, Jack. It seems to me he runs a tight ship, getting you to the repair or service you’re seeking without wasting a bunch of time. I’ve had good experiences with NTB, and Jack, at this location and the Carl D Silver Pkwy. location. I’m pretty sure I wrote a positive review for that place as well when Jack was there. Enjoy.
