Showed up needing a tire patch on account of a nail around closing time; they took care of the issue quickly and were super friendly! Couldn’t have asked for better service; highly recommend this location! Shout out to Frank for everything he did to get us on the road again!

This place is full of hustlers. This guy Frank says its okay to bring in your own parts then claims they don't fit? A rotor I paid $50 for he tries and sell me for $150. I negotiate down to $80 because my car is already on the lift he says. They give you one price and then change it when it is time to pay. PEOPLE BE CAREFUL. THEY WILL TRY AND GET YOU.

I called ahead to ask if they could change the oil on a '17 Z06, given that I had my own oil filter and oil. I was told yes and quoted a price of $40. I made an appointment online for 9 am Sunday. When I got there, there were NO MECHANICS present at 9 am. To add insult to injury, the only guy present told me "oh we don't do 'labor only' on oil changes anymore." I repeatedly told him that I had been quoted a price on the phone and was told to bring it by. He kept repeating "My manager told me no". What a colossal waste of time! Will never go to this Pep Boys again and I would advise you not to either!!!
