I’m genuinely confused but why would the delivery driver pull into the drive way to not deliver my order? We had it as a “leave at the door” option and searched all around the outside. It was either not delivered at all and the car was a coincidence or the food was kept and the driver pulled up to my house anyway. I had waited over an hour since I placed it, for my order before I decided to call and see what was going on and spoke to two representatives at a call center and no one could get in contact with the store. I was “connected” to the store and the other woman tried to call the store her self. After over 30 minutes of waiting on hold I just gave up and hung up. Plan to dispute the charge tomorrow or try and get a refund tomorrow. This was legitimately the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere my entirely life and I’m livid. Absolute trash business.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This was absolutely horrid. $85 for this pathetic excuse for a meal. The crust was like cardboard. The 'spicy' pizza is spicy in name only. First time in 10 years eating at Pizza Hut and never will again!

receive burnt pizza? The phone system to doesn't work, so when I thought I was in queue because they were busy, I was actually wasting my time and my money apparently. The staff seemed friendly but I don't feel that it was genuine, more like that they were trying to cover up the mess.....I just want my money back and I'll go elsewhere from now on

Ordered 2 pizzas and the Chicken Alfredo. Absolutely terrible. Wish I could give 0 stars. They definitely need some help. Both pizzas were very well done, barley any cheese, no sauce and the crust you couldn't even eat. The Alfredo was cold and I literally stood there and watched it come out of the oven. Idk if the ovens are off or what's going on. Seriously doubt we will be back. It's Little Joe's or Mellow mushroom or Gondolier from now on. Don't waste your money or time spend a few more dollars and get you a edible pizza
