Sat for over 40 minutes when I placed a mobile order. They were out of the item we ordered so they offered to replace it. Then we sat another 20 minutes waiting for them to bring the order out. I had a feeling they forgot about us. So I called, sure enough the lady said "oh wow, she cleared your order of the screen but I guess didn't bring it out, oops" not even an apology, by the time I got my items the fried foods were not even warm. Then tried to get a refund and apparently couldn't do that either since I left woth the cold food. I will never return to this sonic.

Thank you Sonic! I paid with a credit card and there is no place on the receipt to leave a tip for my server! This is absolutely ridiculous! These people are working their tails off in this heat and are not able to be tipped on a credit card?? I had a ten dollar bill and gave him that, but what if I had not had any cash? Fix this!! It is not hard to do. Follow a few simple steps on the machine. Or bring someone in from the home office. I don't care, but fix it!! Ur employees work for tips! This is not a fair practice. Please fix. Thank you to my server and Thank you Sonic for my Blue coconut Large drink! It was wonderful!

Tried ordering food through DoorDash no issues with them, however that’s not the case for Sonic. I waited two hours still nothing and my driver even called in which they got no answer from them. We decided to just cancel the order because two hours is ridiculous and I’m sure they would’ve closed before giving the driver the order. Not the first I’ve heard how bad this place is recently. Do better. Either close down or get better management/workers

The Lenoir City Sonic Drive-in is consistently bad food and service. I order two large tots and they were not even filled up. I wish I could say I had a road snack on the way home and that's why there are not many tots. Imagine my disappointment when I got home to open the bag and we hardly had any tots. And no, they didn't fall out in the bag either. There were just hardly any in the packaging. Also, this is the second time that I have ordered cheese fries and I get fries with cheese and chili. Not only that -- poorly made. It looked gross, smelled gross and tasted awful. Sonic should do better and be consistent. Unfortunately, our Sonic is just good at being consistently horrible. I ordered everything on the app. There should have been no mistakes or miscommunication. Do better.
