I've had tidewater working on a permanent bridge since June. Here it is end of October and still not complete! I have made 4 trips back to office, AFTER my initial impressions, to get MORE impressions. All but "1" of those appointments were scheduled to receive my bridge. (First time an empty box came back from lab) which they didn't know until AFTER I'm in the chair and temporary bridge was pulled! I have lost 2 full days of pay because of this and only seem to get $200 knocked off of a $3100 bill. Even though regional managers are in same building, can never get to speak to one concerning a discounted bill. After this debacle I will NEVER use them again

I go to great mills location. I love them. But ask for dr todd. He is younger and personable and gentle.
Dont think so, but call them. They will work hard to fit in an emergency.
Tidewater will make a mold of your teeth and then give you the tray so you can apply the whitener that they give you. Each time you go in for a cleaning from then on, you can request more whitener at no charge.
