November 2022: Gina got my overpayments refunded. So - TL;DR, do NOT pay what the office says you owe at the time of appointment, wait for your insurance company's Explanation of Benefits, then pay only what they say you owe. Not giving any stars back due to the astonishing number of phone calls, emails and trouble trying to get my money back. October 2022: Current state of affairs: I learned, back in June, that I'd overpaid for my last two visits. Since then, I've filled out the website's contact form 6 times, called the office 5 times, and dropped off insurance company EOBs. I asked for the corp office number to call them myself, and was given an invalid number. I've filed a report with the BBB. (This location has an "F" rating for this very issue.) My advice is to *NOT* pay them a cent until your insurance company has told you what you actually owe. It's a shame, because the dental staff is outstanding. The rest seem to be brain-dead and incompetent, and that's being generous. If I ever get my requested refund, I will update this review to say so. 8 months ago: You aren't going to believe this, but I had an outstandingly pleasant experience here getting a tooth prepped for a crown. Rub your eyes, and read that again. I had a great experience here! Getting numbed and having my tooth ground down to have a new crown put on. True story. Dr. Luna and his assistant did everything to make the process go smoothly, and I could hardly believe it. Who can say they 'enjoyed' such an appointment? I can. :)
