This place was recommended by someone at Home Depot, but honestly we'll just be going back to Home Depot. The person we talked with could not have been less interested in being helpful--sat behind the counter, didn't get up, and didn't even point out where we'd find what we were looking for. Installed a new bathroom vanity, sink, and faucet. The water hits the sink in a way that splashes, so we asked about a flow regulator or any other way to fix it. He suggested replacing the sink. Didn't even tell us where we could find the flow regulator. I'd rather buy from Amazon than go back here.

Called Aurora Plumbing after trying for days to clear our kitchen drain with every method for home use on the internet except caustic chemicals. Even bought a $100 higher powered snake. AP sent Will out and he arrived in LESS THAN AN HOUR and had our drain running in 20 minutes! At no extra charge, he also ran a video camera down to check the condition of the pipe. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and just downright nice. We aren’t in the habit of making recommendations, but Wow. If you need a plumber, Will from Aurora Plumbing is your man.
