Had a 100% 5 star GREAT experience with Toyota of Seattle! Nick is a great sales manager and communicator. I was lucky to work with Daniel who was so nice, thorough, helpful and a pleasure to work with to get my new vehicle! Daniel explained everything so well and really went the extra mile for me in so many ways! Yvette is really friendly, nice, professional, and also a great pleasure to work with on all of the details and paperwork. Getting a new car was so easy and enjoyable! Honestly it's weird how hard it is to explain how 'simple' my experience was here. Thank you Daniel for making my visit so smooth and stress-less. I'll definitely be back when my kid needs a car. Extra perk... near 43 mpg, take that fuel prices!

The sales person, Cory was very easy and straightforward to deal with, I got the delivery of my Rav4 Hybrid in 4 weeks after booking it over the phone. The dealership did not charge any mark up for the car while most of all the other dealers charged a mark up or asked for a 6-8 months wait. Only disappointment was I could not take the carpet package or blacked out emblems out of my package, as they said they cant move annything out of the car. otherwise a pleasant experience and I would recommend this dealership if you want your car with out markups or 8 months wait.

Here's what you need to know: they are lovely people, very friendly, will give you good service. In fact, one very sweet man once fixed a tire that had run over a nail for free. Great people! I mean it. But everything — the nice waiting room, the shuttle service, the clean rooms — comes with a cost. You can get much cheaper, equally competent service at a no-frills mechanic/auto shop. My rear driver's side door was smashed in. They offered to fix it for 622. I blew up and yelled. I shouldn't have. Very rude of me, but it's a sign of their professionalism that they didn't yell back. With that said, I drove a couple miles to Chinatown and got it fixed at Golden Auto Glass for 320, paid for in cash.

Once the service is completed, your service advisor will call you to collect payment. Payment must be provided over the phone via credit card before the vehicle can be delivered back to you. We do not accept cash or checks for our pick up and delivery service.

Once the appointment has been scheduled, you will be contacted the morning of the service to verify your address, the requested services, and the total cost. Our valet team will pick the vehicle up from your requested address, and we will have you sign a repair order that authorizes us to perform the work on your vehicle.

Once the purchase or lease of the vehicle has been finalized, our team will work with you to determine a specified date and location to deliver your vehicle. Your sales consultant will bring your new or used vehicle to your driveway along with the paperwork. All paperwork is carefully marked so you can easily identify where to put your signature(s). Your sales consultant will walk you through the paperwork. In case you have more questions, a call will simply be made to the dealership to get you the correct information. Your sales consultant will do a complete vehicle walk around and get you acquainted with your new vehicle!

We are looking for a Landcruiser that is a year or two old. We also have a 2007 Suburban that we wanted to know the trade in value for. If you have anything currently for us to look at, please let us know.
