Family stayed 3 nights. No maid service. We had to go get our own towels and wash cloths also had to take own dirty towels to office and put in basket. No toilet tissue. The lady that checked us in was very nice. Other staff members were rude and didn't want to be bothered.im on a budget and it was reasonably priced. But if your staying more than one night you expect a clean room. We had to take our own trash to trash cans. Lights around pool weren't turned on or didn't work. Breakfast could have been better. Room was fairly clean. Bathroom needed a better cleaning dust and dirt on doors. You need to do better at cleaning.

This was a great deal, spent 3 nights here, the only reason a 4 star is the bed was clean, but so uncomfotable/hard. Our backs are quite sore! Staff was very friendly, the pool was perfect, and the breakfast was cereal, granola bars, yogurt, bagels, toast, pastries. Perfect for us as we rarely eat much for breakfast! The room had complimentary shampoo, coffee, conditioner, and hand soap. A hair dryer. Overall, excellent value!!!!

Due to unforeseen circumstances we checked in and then had to leave. We told the front desk the situation, just to let them know that we were checking out and the room would now be available. We weren’t expected her to be so accommodating, let alone giving us a full refund. We fully anticipating not receiving a refund, but she was able to give us one. Wonderful customer service!

Sucked. No light available until I walked across the room. Toilet was clogged. Shower was not fit for use. Tub had no plug lampshade had better days. Towels and face clothes were stained. Staff was very nice. THAT was ALL I can say that is nice. SAD very sad.
