The building, amenities, and front desk are all excellent. Top tier. However, the building is managed like a retirement community with awful direction. The “rules” restrict this building from coming to its full potential. There is no socialization between owners, no one says hi in the halls, it isn’t an enjoyable place to live.

This is NOT a child friendly building. The board runs the building like an old age home. There are many rules that the board inherited from a boiler plate by-laws document. No charges were made so rules, policies, etc don’t work. I am planning to sell at 25% of the value of my place so I can get out quickly- Ugghh. Very frustrating.

Super nice complex and top notch finishes. The exercise room is wonderful- but nobody uses much- so you have your own private gym at times. The Facilites management is very professional and helpful to residents and visitors alike. Concierge service is a great upgrade.
