For anyone who has an important document to post, please do yourself a favor and stay clear of this FedEx store. I needed to send a package that would also include a return waybill to my address, pretty straightforward. The guy behind the counter took my package, printed out info from the system and assured me the services I requested is complete. I asked again specifically, if the print out on my package included the return waybill number and he said yes. Few days later, I was contacted that my package didn’t include a return waybill. Horrified, I went back to the store, the staff I met, said she can’t help me since they don’t offer services for waybill return to an address in the store. This was wrong info. I called their customer service number for two days back and forth, without a single staff being able to help. They kept transferring me to next possible staff. I was sent online, and there the info kept rejecting delivery to my address. I knew it was a simple straightforward issue to resolve but no FedEx staff was NOT able to resolve it. So there goes my money and time because I have to go pick up my package myself.

The staff is always friendly and as helpful as possible. I think most of the complaints for this place are from company policies or costs that are beyond staff control.
