Edwin lied to me in a contract and said he would do everything to code and pull all the proper city permits. He didn’t do either. There was a whole slew of other issues but I won’t get into them. Other than to say that just today one of my tenants fell on a set of stairs that Edwin built. He built it less than two years ago. He used nails instead of screws on the decking.
