If I could give zero stars I would. I went to purchase windows. We knew exactly what was needed it was a simple transaction. There was no one there to help. When I asked for assistance, I was there to make a simple purchase, I was given a bunch of lip. When I asked for the manager, I was told they were away. The woman just walked away mouthing off to me, so I just left. I tried sending an email and was basically told "I am too busy to help you." We made our purchase elsewhere and will not be returning. So, you lost a sale, got a bad review and lost a client for life. Great job!

ALX store Saleman is garbage. Bad communication, could not reach by phone. Got the quote and it was wrong, no response back from sales. Bye, you lost the sale Smoot.

Really bad experience today, with one of the guys at the front, didn't want to help, I'm trying to look for hangers they have some face mounted they said no, and when I was trying to ask him to look for TJI 230 hangers he just kept saying that I need load capacity etc. That I should call Simpson and that they will said the same thing. Funny TW Perry didn't say anything like that they already knew the dimensions of the TJI hangers. Unfortunately did not see Bobby he's always willing to help. In the end this guy signaling me with his hand to get out. I hope they check the cameras. 3 starts because not everyone is like that.
