Store not every wheelchair accessible. Sidewalk leading into store full of clutter and large trash cans from other stores made navigating to the front door virtually impossible for me to get into the store. Interior was clean, and people socially distanced well. Provided good service and courteous, however could not ship my package due to my own issues with some phone apps. Staff where friendly and courteous.

Very poor Customer Service. Not personable at all. They act like you owe them something. Staff isn't knowledgeable and lack basic Customer Service Skills to be in business. I will be reporting them to the Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau for Racial Profiling.

Love these guys at this location! I ship quite a lot of packages at this location for work, they're always super nice and helpful. Hint: have your labels printed and your mailings ready to go ahead of time, then you can drop off easy peasy.

If I could give zero stars I would. I came into this store location last Friday to mail off a package. The clerk gave me options for next day air despite the covid guidelines and delays that are currently going on. He promised me that my package would arrive exactly the next day. So I paid for next day air for over a hundred dollars! My package was still delayed for another 4 days. I don’t appreciate that clerk lying to me and guaranteeing that my package would arrive on time. Stop lying to customers and giving them the options for next day air when you know they’re wasting their money. I’ve tried contacting corporate but they’ve been no help. Don’t waste your money at this location.
