My phone was having problems making and receiving calls. After several attempts and several hours with 1-800 technical support, my phone got worse and just stopped working. I was told the network is bad. But that did not make sense. I didn't know what to do so I drove to this store desperate for help. And immediately they knew the problem - bad sim card. I am so grateful for this wonderful team helping fix my phone! ( And they did it for free too!). Thank you

Today i was went to store for buy a new tablet and when I have the agent he offered and explain if i want upgraded my plan and I told him no so he still spoked about that and didn't want stop so he printed the offer and still showed me so i told him please stop i need the tablet only , after that i got the notice from Verizon my plan was changed so i told him why you upgraded my plan without agreement from me he said i told him you can changed so he liar and deceiver plus he want in the first sale the tablet over price because he said I will payment $18 monthly but i show him in my app I will paid $15 so he said sorry my mistakes . and when i try to taken the paper form him because he printout all offers and he changed my plan he refused given me the paper so i told him i need your manger and the manger was come and said no problems i will return back your plan and i said for them i need the papers they refused given me so i am try taken the paper from him he holed . i am with Verizon from 6 years ago and never facing any agent want scam and handle the customer like that . so the name for him is Remy and I am not recommended anyone deal with this branch because they pushing you for upgrade your plan for higher and when you refused they changed without take your permeation.

The most notable part of my experience was how obscenely rude one of the assistants was. Lindsay was working with an elderly woman when I first came in, and while she kept a polite tone, she was sarcastic, impatient, and rude. She then went on to “assist” an elderly gentlemen who only needed help finding a CHARGING CABLE for his phone. And somehow she was even ruder to him. She couldn’t simply explain that the type of cable he was looking for was no longer produced, and was again short, sarcastic, and demeaning. Another costumer and I ended up walking over to the gentleman to explain that the product he was looking for isn’t made anymore, and SHE ASKED US TO GO BACK TO OUR TABLE. Lindsay asserted that SHE was helping him and we can return to our seats. Throughout the experience, she was smug and condescending. It’s unfathomable the manager is okay employing people like this.

I went inside the store and it was 20 plus people waiting to be assisted then when the associate signed me in he was so erratic and harsh towards me Remy was his name and I did call customer service on him and the manager Jose on duty the manager was literally siding with him on how I was being treated as a customer also a few people walked up stating good luck with getting helped at this store

For the most part it can be explained any credits or adjustments that will be handled by the appropriate department for example a charge for a non returned device once located will need to be credited to the account via the billing department. It all depends what the billing issue is so maybe yes maybe no.
