My personal experience with the Richwood Bank has not been positive. Everyone I've dealt with has been courteous but I've been dealing with them and their partner Zelle to resolve an issue for over a month. The problem occurred on March 7th and is still unresolved. Money was withdrawn from my account yet never transferred. I've received conflicting information every time I've spoken to someone. The one thing that has remained constant is the agreement that money was withdrawn from my account yet never made it to its proper destination. I've spent hours on the phone, messages and in person at the bank. I'm not one step closer to having the issue resolved. After the last message I received from the Richwood Bank I have little hope of every recovering my funds. Update: Not long after writing this review the Richwood Bank deposited the disputed funds into my account. I wish they would have done this weeks ago.
