Was here on 2-2-22.... The front counter person "Tiffany" was so rude!!!! I ordered a grilled Cobb salad with extra chicken. I got a fork with my salad which of course you need. I went up to counter and asked for a knife because my grilled chicken wasn't cut up. She told me they have never had knives only forks. Then told me.... Sorry.... They have been discontinued. Don't eat here if you don't wanna have to use your fingers!!!! Or if you want rude service. Just wanted to let everyone to know

The Blu Zalad is so delicious! The chicken is buffalo.I get mine with blue cheese or ranch dressing. It is a big plate full of food and actually has a good amount of the chicken. It isn't hot at least in my opinion. It also comes with delicious toast but I am not eating bread so I had to give it to my son. He said it was delicious. Service was good and nit a long wait time for our food. I would recommend Zaxbys to anyone who likes different flavor options for chicken or would just like a good salad.
