I have made purchases online and in store and both times I had great experiences. This is my go to place for modern looking furniture. My online purchase was a dresser and when it got delivered, it has the right size comparing to the dimensions online and right color. The quality is also very good. I have moved 3 times with the furniture piece and it is still in good condition. My in-store purchase is a sleeper couch and it has also been a few years and moves and still in good condition. People in the store gave me some help and are very friendly.

Don't know about other Dania stores but Tukwila store has been a nightmare. Spent several thousand dollars on pieces of furniture and went to pick up first piece - wrong piece. Was called twice on second piece that it was in and went to get it. This after moving my old furniture out in preparation and driving an hour to the store. Both times it was a mistake. Piece not in. Didn't feel that first piece that we finally got performed as advertised so tried to cancel order w/ manager we purchased from for second piece. He stated so sad too bad, no cancellations due to special order status. NOT A SPECIAL ORDER. Dania simply did not have advertised color in stock. Manager insisted that no cancellations of orders regardless of reason are possible. Warehouse manager only one who seems to have any empathy for store ordering issues. Won't purchase from Dania ever again.
