Just moved in here recently to my first place and am sad to say after reading all these reviews that’s what I should have done before moving in. Luckily it’s only month to month this place sucks. It’s only quiet here at 4am other then that I can never sleep I work all night and constantly wake up through out the day to Trash carts being pushed it looks like a homeless guy lives here somewhere which makes me scared to walk around and explore here. I tried calling the office one time about a noise complaint and they refused to hear me out.. read the reviews my neighbor said the same thing just now. They need new Management not some pettty little Kids at the office that hate there jobs

READ BEFORE COMING. STAY AWAY PLACE IS PATHETIC and GROSS!!!!!! . IF you wanna wake up everyday early hours of the morning to the jobs they make the clean up crew Do like pressure washing right out side your door for hours super early in the morning. Umm rent being raised each time they decide they want to clean something up around here that should have been done anyways. Stay away from here I promise. The vibes here are disgusting not to mention there “trash guy” who looks homeless and pushes a obnoxious loud shopping cart full of trash back and forth all day and morning. Also With out notice have There Crew Standing in front of your window staring inside your apartment. Another thing, they refuse to do anything about problems with neighbors

you guys.... the reviews are real. I have lived here for about 3 years and management has always been less than par. The only plus I have with this place is that some of the maintenance team are nice. This is a good place to live if you want to keep a low profile, don't ever need anything from management, don't care about your $, and you want a month to month rent. other than that I would recommend finding a different place that is a bit less scamy. I will update this post when I move out to reflect the deposit return.

Hello, if you are looking into the Evergreen rock maple apartments I would highly recommend. I had nothing but great experience living there, the homey atmosphere was absolutely amazing! They keep the landscape up and clean, found it very beautiful and relaxing to walk around. Lots of adventures and trails around the apartment complex, along with a beautiful home community next to it. With the college next to it made it fun to be able to explore and see the campus, which offered lots of trails as well! If it was not for being closer to family, I would have lived in those apartments much longer!
