They refused to fulfill a confirmed DoorDash pickup order. Called DoorDash to confirm and they stated that this jack in the box had confirmed the order and there was no reason that they should not have been able to make it. The guy at the drive through said he couldn’t make it, and was very rude-automatically acting like it was a burden that we were there. we offered to pull up to the drive through window to show the confirmation for the order and he just stated that his manager said the they couldn’t make the Order, even though we had confirmation on both ends and proof of said confirmation. They have an obvious lack of communication skills here.

Worst Jack In The Box I've ever been to- first off, we're the only customers in the drive-thru and only one person in the lobby sleeping at a table. We order and they tell is to pull up in front of the outdoor dining area to wait for our order. Why? We are legit the ONLY people there. 10 minutes later our food is brought out. The order is at least correct, but the Sourdough Jack has cold bacon. The Chicken Fajita Pita is just unseasoned chicken breast, wet cheese (yeah not melted, just wet so its all slimy), and like 2 chunks of tomato heel. Looks like someone assembled it while being electrocuted- pita all broken, toppings spilling out. Don't bother with this location. 👎👎

I stopped by later in the evening. There were three cars ahead of me. It took a true 10 minutes for them to get to me to order. I am guessing they are still feeling the staffing shortages. When I got to the window the person was kind and on her game. All of the food components were hot and delicious.

This place is a joke! Not even close to busy and they cant get things right. Came in around 2:30 pm and ordered using a coupon for just 2 sausage breakfast sandwich meals. Took almost 15 minutes. Finally one of them notices I was still standing there and asked if I had been helped. Told her i was still waiting for my food. She said "oh" went and grabbed a bag i had seen sitting for quite some time and said here ya go. Really? That hard to make sure things are served on time? I sat inside and watched person after person have to wait ridiculous amounts of time for basic things. A lady had to pull around from drive through just waiting on nuggets. She sat there for a good 10 minutes before the counter girl went and asked if anyone had brought her food out. She said no and the girl said it would be right out. 5 minutes later its finally out. Then there's the employees going out and puffing away on e cigs right outside the front door. Definitely will not be back to this place. Seriously in need of new management.
