I like the place and sweet people in the office. However I wish they would allow rent payments be done online and sending documents or applications be available online too. That way you don’t have to run all the way to their office for everything. ALSO THE PARKING IS AWEFUL AT WINDOMERE . You have to pay for street parking for what you don’t even get because there’s never parking available hardly ever. I’ve had an issue since I’ve been here. Also the amount of noise I have had to deal with because of the SQUEAKY WOODEN FLOORS is terrible. There’s no carpet in the apartment and the noise travels through the floors pretty bad.

I have had two apartments with them. I have been very happy with them. Any problems I have had has been quickly taken care of. Everybody has been courteous , friendly and professional. Would recommend them completely.

I was interested in renting a property from here and was severely disappointed in my treatment. I have a disability and require a service dog, and the unprofessional response when I inquired was beyond anything I've ever dealt with. I was told by Carol they needed to speak to my doctor, which violates my rights as a disabled person. I also was discriminated against, being told that because I needed additional paperwork they would rent to someone before me if another person filled out the application first. Not only was I told this, but it was in one of the rudest tones of voice I've ever heard. This violates federal ADA law,

After they got the money for our application fee which they happily accepted and was clearly all they were after we were met with discriminating questioning and were treated like a nuisance by the office staff. A complete 180 from the showing and the initial application which seemed short and easy. They wanted us to fill out a form that asked illegal questions violating disabled persons privacy rights and kept changing their word about what was needed to hold the apartment where initially they said all was needed was the funds. Reporting them. Buyer Beware!!! Don't give these people your money.
