I've lived here for 5 years. The old landlord we had didn't enforce rules and allowed shady people to live here. Rachel replaced her and is wonderful. Extremely helpful and the grounds look so much prettier now and rarely any drama here. They've been good to me and ive loved living here.

Nice landlord. But, rowdy neighborhood kids, drama and most importantly no playground for the children here. Nothing to keep them busy but play in the parking lots risking traffic or at the beatup/worn out basket ball court. I would like to see some improvements, for the younger children. A play ground in a nice big, safely fenced in area would be greatly appreciated by all the residents with younger children...
