GROOMING SALON HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE… came in to drop my dog off for my appt at 3:30… (first off, the salon was very very very smelly.. i’ve been in other pet smart salons and they didn’t smell that bad..) when i came in, there was a customer in front of me that they were working with for quite a while.. once they finally get to me, they tell me that they can’t take my dog after THEY had me wait passed the grace period.. (mind you, there are atleast 3 employees sitting around laughing and talking) so i walk out into the store and i hear them call a jessica or emily.( im not sure, but the manager on duty) to the grooming salon… i see her and ask are you the manager and she completely ignores me to tend to the call to the grooming salon. (most likely they called the manager to tell them their story before i could talk to her.) when i finally talked to her, she was no help… do not bring your pet here as they will mess you over.

Awesome! This place has anything and everything you could want for any pet that you may have. They also have pets that maybe adopted and they offer a grooming service. I know they used to have training classes but worth covid changing so many rules I am not sure. The staff here is really helpful and boy do they know their stuff! This place is just awesome

I have seen snakes there.
In the past they have. The other week when I was there I don't remember seeing any. The best way to know if they have one in stock is to call or go to the store. If they do not have one in stock; you will also find out when the next ship will come in.
Yes there is walkin service or make an appointment also you can reserve appointment online
They sometimes have mice. Just call and ask if they have any right now
They have adopt a pet ever so often and there are dogs at this event just not sure I have see that type. Cats are always there.
Sorry about the other rude comment but I have seen animals there other than cats, I don't know about ferrets but they do sell some animals!
I've never seen turtles there. Just give them a call to see if they have them.
If you belong to the plans at Banfield, you don't pay. It is well worth it since I have Four Dogs. I can't even remember what the cost is.
Not an employee, only a customer. Staff is friendly and always asks if you need help finding something.
