It's a pity that the animals are displayed in the window and that visitors ask for them for not much. In fact the bad rating is also attributed to visitors

While in your store, I observed an employee not controlling a puppy, it was in a toddler’s face, scratching her and nothing was done. The other two employees were on their phones. You really need new employees!!!

Your typical mall pet store with employees that look like they hate their lives and puppies/kittens in tiny enclosures. People who go there just to take pictures of the poor pets and put them on Instagram. Places like it need to be shut down for good.

Hi! Our team wears masks and works hard follow social distancing guidelines. We also have a store capacity limit that helps us ensure social distancing. Our team all has their temperatures checked before clocking in as well. I hope this helps!

Hi Erin! Thanks for reaching out. The short answer is typically we don't deliver puppies. However, we have delivered before under certain circumstances. If you have a puppy in mind, call the shop and ask to speak with a manager and we can talk details!
Be careful with the pets you get. If they are sneezing or coughing they are probably sick and it's going to cost you a lot go get your puppy healthy. I had a pretty rough first 5 weeks with my puppy I brought home and getting all of my other dogs sick.
You have a 1 week return from day you bought. Or up to 2 weeks if health reasons but the dog needs to be checked by a vet by day 3 of being bought or they wont sllow the return. I worked there for two weeks over the past summer and thats what i was told.
There always hiring as everyone keeps quiting starting pay 7.25 and you get commissions on each pup you sale up to 200 per pup.
