Just got my 12k service and few other things (replace tires, front fender, clutch lever, etc.) done on my 2021 R1250 GSA in preparation for my upcoming 12,000 mile, 35 days ride trip from LA to Newfoundland and back Gerardo is always attentive and excellent in taking care of things before during and after the service. Karen is the best. We are more than 2000 miles apart, but she handled my purchase as if I was right there. She was afficient and easy to work with. They gave me an honest price for my dream motorcycle and was accommodating to all my requests. After the purchase was completed, they kept up their customer service promises. I walked into New Century without an appointment, explained I was looking for an EV and was offered a test ride on the spot. Most excellent!!! Love the bike (2022 Zero SR/S), love the staff (from sales to service and the little furry one too) and thoroughly enjoyed the experience of being at the dealership. I would definitely recommend New Century Moto to anyone in the market for a new 2-wheeler. Drove off the lot with my SR/S in the back of my truck that day and have been riding it everyday since.

KC was great! No pressure no BS. Just gave me a fair price on the phone and followed through when I came to drive bikes. He let me check out bikes without pressuring me and answered questions when I needed him too. He even swapped seat on the bikes to help me decide on what I liked.
