This was the first place we decided to tour when we knew we had to move. We had the pleasure of meeting Janice who assisted us step by step. She was very diligent throughout our tour and was patient with all the questions we had. She showed us different floor plans and helped us envision what our future home could be. It was safe to say we had fallen in love with it- the location, the amenities, the cleanliness. It was all great but we were worried we might be doing ourselves a disservice by not checking out other possibilities. However, we found ourselves comparing every other complex to 88 Alhambra- we knew we had to move fast. Fast forward to our first week in… We’re loving it and are very excited to discover the area! Very thankful for Janice and the rest of the staff who have made our transition so smooth.

Had a tour with my girlfriend here, since we are planning to move in together and planning to look for our own place. This place always caught my girlfriend's eye, when we are out eating near by. This place looks really nice from the outside and inside as well. The person that gave us the tour super friendly and answered all our questions on what we need to know.

We are happily settled in our new apartment at 88 Alhambra Place and just love living at this wonderful apartment complex. It’s extremely well run and all the amenities are very enjoyable. This building is resort living. Views are spectacular, our pool is always heated, the gym is open 24 hours, and the building is very well kept. Management, especially Angela Smith, have been nothing but kind, by going above and beyond when something is needed. I love how close everything is, walking distance to the movie theatre, grocery store, and most of the things I need for my day to day living. This is a progressive city where LGBTQ is prominent, and neighbors are open minded. We couldn't ask for more. Thank you 88

We love pets and are a pet-friendly community! We accept up to two indoor pets per apartment. Dogs are restricted by size (up to 35 pounds) and breed. Keep in mind that there are additional pet deposits, as well as a monthly pet rent. Service requests can be made through the resident portal. After hours we have an emergency maintenance line which alerts our maintenance team on call.
A $40.00 application fee per applicant over the age of 18 is due at time of application and is non-refundable. Application and holding fee (which is applied to total move-in charges such as security deposit and rent) must be paid at time of application for an apartment to be reserved for you. Each apartment requires a holding fee of $300 (studio), $400 (one bedroom), $500 (two bedroom) or $600 (three bedroom) at the time of application, and is non-refundable after 72 hours, unless applicant is denied. An applicant’s deposit may vary depending on income, employment, and credit history, which is based on the standards established through the approval system. Yes, one parking space is included in rent. We offer one carport parking space per apartment. Additional parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis with no more than 2 cars per apartment allowed on the property.
