I called earlier today to ask about the services they offer and the person who answered the phone could barely speak english. She was also extremely rude and hung up the phone before I could finish asking my questions. Horrible service. Would not recommend.

First of all i got to say is that Norma, the hispanic receptionist is very rude and made us feel very uncomfortable over the phone and in person by not following the privacy policy. My boyfriend and i were there to get tested for STD, she said i had a transmitted disease because she knew clearly who had cheated on who acting as a doctor herself. I was in shock by her response over the phone made me feel trust issues with my partner, we decided to go in person, again she was rude asking who i was to him when we were both there to just simply get tested. We wanted to apply for new patient. I have never been humiliated by such manners at a clinic. All she had to do was give us the correct information and application with a more professional attitude without interfering with peoples personal life. We will be going to a different clinic where we are respected and our privacy is also respected.

Greetings Ms. Williams. I am an active patient at the crossover Care ministry. They do offer variety of services, that I know of. However when you're approved to become a patient your intake counselor can help you apply for any government assistance that you may qualify for. That includes Medicaid, Medicare etc. and In your case assistance with utilities. I hope the information that I have provided will help you and others. God bless 🙏
I think the system is the same for everyone. Basically, you apply and they use a "lottery" system unless you've been recently hospitalized with a serious illness- in that case, they will usually accept you right away after you're screened for eligibility. They are wonderful there and handle vision, medical, mental health and dental care. I don't believe they offer specialist care though. Hope this helps 😊
What type of LAP? Do you mean LAB, as in LABORATORY?
Sometimes They Do, But I Would Go In.
Unfortunately, I don't think they offer specialist services like ortho at this time. They offer primary care, dental, vision and mental health based on eligibility and a lottery system unless you've been recently hospitalized for a serious condition. good luck
