We the lewis family have been to parole Board a number of times,no results Nicky's record shows he is a changed man,A man from Parole board to tell me Nicky was coming home he had signed off on the papers his name was King,and they were sending the papers to coffeewood, why did he do that it Really upset me got the family all excited then learned he was turned down again, why can't he get a Second chance he did not kill anyone he is not a violent person,he his very humble man thank you in advance for reading. It shouldn't take too long. Governed by Code of Virginia. After all " a thorough investigation into the offender must be conducted...prior to the grant of parole by the Board...". They must simply investigate the home plan which is handled by Post Release of the DOC.
