Questions & Answers

I took a class here years ago and only passed half of the state board , will I have too do the test over or just the halfi failed.

You should reach out to them but most likely you will have to retake the entire test. Especially if it was over a year ago.

Must u be a member of the assoc. to have your license active with a broker?

Most licensed agents are members of the association but it is possible to be a real estate agent and not a Realtor. I think it would be up to the broker as to whether or not he or she will take on agents who are not Realtors.
