I have used item inc for a long time and always had excellent service, parts in stock, amazing shipping times, etc. Recently for the first time I had a return on a part that was damaged in shipping. Their response was immediate and perfect, a new part sent out with a return label. The go-to premier vendor for Xerox parts for sure!
